I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hi i'm Kaitlyn and I am in the 7th grade from Villas, NJ. I am 12 years old and I am shaving my head for a child cancer research but the main reason i'm doing this is too bring awareness to Child hood cancer. I have donated my hair twice to locks of love and I want to show all kids especially girls that your hair does not define your your actions define you and anyone can make a difference in this world. Personally I have had a long line of relatives who had cancer before. I lost my great-grandmother and my grandmother has had cancer twice and struggles almost ever day to fight and she lost her hair the first time she had cancer. She is one of my role model for one and she is brave and as strong and I want to be brave and strong just like her. We are best friends for life. Please donate money to this cause. You are not only donating money to help kids but you are donating money to show girls that bald is beautiful. <3
