My Story

Zachary is doing great in 2010. Thanks to the amazing Dr. John Myseros, Dr. Roger Packer and Dr. Marianna Horn. In June 2009 Zack needed to have surgery for the second time on a cyst that is growing in the brain stem. This is a characteristic of the tumor that Zack has had since birth. We are so blessed to have Dr. Myseros at Children's National Medical Center in Washington D.C. to take care of our child. He operated on Zack in August. Zack was able to start school on time in September. Thank you God for Dr. Myseros. In December Zachary joined the Junior Fire Department at the Occoquan Woodbridge Lorton VFD. He is thrilled to be a member of an organizaton he has been brought up in. His dad and I are both life members. He is also doing great as a Junior in High School. I just can not share with you enough that through research we are in the wonderful place we are with Zack. And research costs money. Thanks to everyone who donates to kids with cancer. Truly it makes a difference. Zack is LIVING proof.
