The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for coaching, training, and volunteer support of St. Baldrick’s participants and support of St. Baldrick’s donors. Responsibilities include guiding fundraising participants, recognizing and providing stewardship to both volunteers and donors. In partnership with one’s supervisor this position will address participant related complaints and solve problems as they arise. As a member of the Integrated Marketing Communications Department, the Business Intelligence Analyst is all things data. An extremely organized and process-oriented individual, you seek to use data to tell the story about Foundation initiatives. This role is for someone who works well with others to understand their initiatives, and can gather data, find trends, and translate the insights back to the stakeholders. This role is responsible for maximizing the effective use of data and providing insight related in informing and influencing strategic planning and decision making in marketing, fundraising, campaign initiatives, and all means of inbound marketing and communications to all targeted audiences on behalf of St. Baldrick’s Foundation. The User Experience Specialist will work with the Director and software development team to take on the challenge of creating a marquee user experience throughout stbaldricks.org. The User Experience Specialist will develop a deep understanding of our online users and help define the tasks, flow and interactions that are best for the user. This team member will collaborate with Marketing and Technology to discover the blend of requirements and design that meets the needs of the online user and balances the requirements of the business. Other responsibilities include tracking campaign performance and delivering continuous improvements to our email program, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders within the Foundation, including Philanthropy, Special Events, Partnerships, Grants, and Family Relations teams. This Special Events Coordinator is responsible for coaching, training, and managing volunteers for fundraising events including but not limited to St. Baldrick's head-shavings. This person will be focused on supporting volunteer event organizers and other key volunteers, helping them to raise funds and coordinate the logistics for successful events. Responsibilities include building relationships with volunteers; helping them strategize for successful fundraising events; providing ongoing assistance, supplies and information; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
