Frequently Asked Questions

What type of athletic fundraisers can I organize or participate in?

You can choose your athletic fundraising activity depending on what you or your group are interested in. You can run/walk, cycle, or take on fitness challenges like pushups or squats or turn your next sports tournament into a fundraiser.

Do I need to be an experienced athlete?

Not at all! We welcome all fitness levels, and you choose the activity that fits your interests and goals.

Can I participate as part of a group?

Yes! You can organize an athletic event and encourage your friends, families, and coworkers to join you and fundraise together.

Do you provide fundraising support?

Yes! You’ll be paired with a fundraising coach as your main point of contact. They will provide you with a fundraising page and access to our member’s area where you can find fundraising tools and resources, access to promotional supplies that include flyers, posters, and other materials, as well as email communications with templates and social media tips to help you succeed.

Do I need to meet a fundraising minimum?

We encourage all individual participants to raise a minimum of $50 to get a commemorative St. Baldrick’s shirt, but your fundraising coach can help you set a fundraising goal that fits your activity and commitment level.

How long does it take to organize an athletic event?

We suggest at least 2 months of lead time prior to your event date to help you organize and recruit participants.
