Since 2007, St. Baldrick’s head-shaving events in Las Vegas Valley have raised over $12.5 million for childhood cancer research!

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation has granted over $368 million to support the most promising research, making it the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants in the U.S. and around the world. Many of these grants fund research in Nevada, including research affiliated with Alliance for Childhood Diseases, Children’s Center for Cancer & Disorders, Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation and many other local institutions. These grants help give more kids access to clinical trials, which are often their best hope for a cure, train the next generation of pediatric oncologists, and fund specific childhood cancer research projects.
