Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

National Partner

Big. Bold. Bald.

How much is your hair worth?  To a kid with cancer, more than you know!  We hope to see you on April 30th from 3-5 pM sitting in the Big Ugly barber chair  Braving the Shave to help CURE CHILDHOOD CANCER!  It's simple - you can sign up to shave with us, raising money for the hair you lose, or you can support us by donating to our team.   Either way, you're helping to support the #1 private funder of pediatric cancer research, funding work done right here in Hampton Roads at the Naval Medical Center and CHKD.  With the folks from Hair Group helping us out we'll have plenty of talent on-hand to help you lose your locks (Evan Lantry) for a good cause.   Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures and having a great time in the process. Now we need your help! Will you make a donation or shave with us? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
