Event Details

Join us to have some fun – and be a hero for kids with cancer!  During the pandemic, kids were still being diagnosed with cancer, but donations to support research have been down drastically. We can change that – and save lives!

This year our event is going virtual!  Shave at home or visit one of our local participating salons or barbershops!  Not up for shaving your head, you can donate your hair or go green to help raise funds and awareness!

We will be announcing participating salons soon that will be shaving heads the day of our event.  In addition to those locations, you may also use your choice of salon/barbershop to shave live on zoom if you can coordinate with the business. You are also welcome to shave your head at home.  Download the Zoom app to your phone to shave live during the event.

The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Get involved, and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers!  Better yet, you will be helping pediatric cancer patients right here in Cleveland!  Money raised comes back to UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital and Case Western Reserve University through grants for childhood cancer research!  To date, we have received over $1,000,000.00!

This year our BASKET RAFFLE is ONLINE from February 28 - March 6.  Winners will be announced on March 7.

The following barbershops and salons are accepting appointments at these locations on March 5th.  Walk-ins will not be allowed. We ask that you schedule your appointment with Stephanie.Pennza@uhhospitals.org by Friday, March 4th.
