I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Strausser Jackson  2021

For 14 years I have been involved with St. Baldrick's!

I'm shaving my head with St. Baldrick's to raise money and help conquer kids' cancers! Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive.
You can participate too! SEE BELOW!!

*****CHALLENGE WEEK-2021*****

In 2021 there will not be a live event, instead, we're challenging you to "Do What You Want" (DWYW) fundraising. Instead of 1 day of St. Baldrick's support, in 2021 we'll do a whole week, with the goal of raising funds to benefit kids with cancer.

We believe small acts can make a big impact!

SAVE THE DATE: St. Baldrick's WEEK March 8-14, 2021 (virtual)

DWYW fundraising can be head-shaving, but it also can be...jump roping, basketball dribbling, book reading, hot pepper eating, mile running...literally anything you can dream of and raise funds for, you can do this year!

Here are the details:

1. Register on our website.

2. Raise money.

3. Shave your head OR complete a DWYW challenge at home.

4. Post a picture on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/stbaldrickscantonohio) or email us a picture during Challenge Week.

5. BE. A. HERO.

I refuse to accept this reality, so I’ve decided to fundraise for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatments for kids.

Now I need your support! Your donation can fund research to help kids survive and thrive.

  1. Leah A - wish there was another way to add a note. I was in your 2nd grade class in 2010-2011 I believe. I decided that I wanted to shave my head for childhood cancer and wanted to see if you still did the same. Thank you. 6/22/2021
