For the 10th straight year, I'm having my head shaved (what's left of my hair) to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer and, more importantly, to raise money to find cures that will conquer kids' cancer. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. More children die of childhood cancer than any other disease in the U.S.
For most of us, life has changed. What hasn't changed? Kids still need cures for cancer. Hope cannot be put on hold. The fight against kids' cancer has gone virtual. Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide, and 1 in 5 of those in the U.S. will not survive. I refuse to accept this reality, so I've decided to continue fundraising for lifesaving research to find cures and better treatment for kids. And cancer doesn't care about borders, race, nationality, age, socioeconomic status or religion -- it can strike any child at any time.
Once again, my good friend, Chris Collins, has organized a St. Baldrick's Foundation Cary Judo Event Fundraiser. This special fundraiser will be held Virtually AND in-person on Saturday, May 15, 2021 from the FirmFit Training Center in Raleigh, NC. Please help me in supporting this particular Fundraiser with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
To donate to this fantastic fundraiser, please visit my individual web page at:

Click the green "Donate" button on the right side of the page to give online via credit card. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So, when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
You are making a difference in the lives of our children who are facing the scariest and meanest monster of all. With your support, kids all over the country are one step closer to beating this and becoming cancer-free!
