The official page for UVA alums to unite and defeat Osteosarcoma and save kids' lives!

A year after becoming the first No. 1 seed in men's college basketball history to lose to a No. 16 seed in the NCAA tournament, the Cavaliers are now national champions! That's what Wahoos are made of....we don't give up!

Now, let's not give up on the kids! Through 2 previous "Brave the Shave" events, the Osteosarcoma Collaborative (founded by UVA law alum Mike Egge) raised $900,000 towards a 3-year, $1.5 million research effort that began last November. Check out the Ozone2019 Shavers and Lifesavers event link next to the UVA logo to learn more about the exciting progress being made and read inspiring updates from Olivia Egge and John Varney as they continue their courageous fight against the effects of this awful disease.

The UVA community's outpouring of love and generous support for Mike and his daughter, Olivia and their continued fight was a key part of last year's success -- we raised over $28K!!!

Let's help close the remaining $600,000 gap! Please contribute today, join our team and spread the word AND join us at the May 5th event if you can!   Wahoowa!
