I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! When I was a kid my close friend Darren got leukemia. He got down to 77 pounds and the doctors told us he may not make it through the night. I got to see how painful cancer is when it hits children. Darren was able to get through that night and fought his way into remission and remained in remission for 15 years. But his health was compromised from the ordeal and the treatments. He ultimately lost another battle with leukemia that took him before he could see his 30th birthday. Some things have changed since then but not nearly enough. Let's do what we can to help kids survive & live happier and healthier. Any donation is so important. Do it! I'll look like a baboon & you'll feel great.

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
