I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Can you think of anything more important than saving the life of a child?

At our event, some will shave their heads – and others like me will keep the hair we have and put our hearts into supporting research to find cures and safer treatments for all childhood cancers.

Why?
Because cancer is the #1 disease killer of kids.

I volunteered at the previous Shave for the Brave event we had in 2022, and I went into it with a full head of hair, planning on coming home the same. After listening to everyones stories I was inspired, so I took the next brave step, and shaved my head. Looking back, I am so proud that I did that and it was definitely one of the best things I have ever done in my life. This year, I will not be shaving, but I am still raising money for this AWESOME event. Any and every cent helps!!!!
