Survivor - Sam (age 11) was diagnosed January 4, 2012 at the age of 4 with ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) and completed his treatment March 7, 2015 after 3 ½ years! On March 7th, Sam hit year 4 of the 5 year to cured countdown. He has been through so much but no matter what he keeps moving along full force determined to never give up. He enjoys school; history is his favorite subject. He loves sports of all kinds and has made a huge bond with our local high school Emmaus Hornets. He loved his time as an honorary member of different sports. When he grows up he wants to be a marine biologist. Sams
favorites include the color green, reading, family and friends, video games (sports of course), playing trumpet, scouts, singing in school chourus, martial arts (currently a brown belt, and just being outside. He has a huge heart and loves to share everything he has with others!
