Help Stephanie Send Kids' Cancer Packing

We're helping to raise money for childhood cancer research

Private funding for research is more important than ever. It's up to us to help keep science moving forward. Kids' cancers are hard to diagnose and treat, and their treatments are harsh and underfunded. This is a grim reality for kids with cancer, but I am fundraising to share the SUCCESS of pediatric cancer research, to fuel hope and inspiration, and to continue funding the scientists, doctors, and researchers who work hard to save kids all over the world. In December 2024 the Children's Oncology Group announced a major breakthrough for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) which is the most common form of pediatric cancer. The clinical trial for this treatment ended early with a 96% disease-free survival rate and minimal severe side effects. The treatment can be administered through a backpack which allows kids to receive their medicine outside of the hospital. With this breakthrough, we're taking childhood back from cancer. I'll be wearing my backpack in solidarity with kids who are receiving this life-saving treatment to raise awareness and fund future breakthroughs like this one. This new treatment has changed the standard of care for kids with ALL, but there is still work to do!
