This team is in honor of Jamie Deibel. Jamie and her mom founded the St. Baldrick event at St. Albert when Jamie was in 8th grade. She was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia when she was 12 years old on September 14, 2001 . She finished treatment in January 2004. She is currently a student at Eastern Kentucky University and wants to become a pediatric oncology nurse at Kosair Children's Hospital. Jamie lost a lot of friends to cancer along the way. This is her way of honoring their memory. Here's to you : Brittany, Evan, Samantha, Paige, Hannah, Kyle, Forest, Sammy, Isabella and all of the wonderful children who died from cancer. We will always remember you!
