We are shaving our heads to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

***Attention All Smitty's Grille of Kernersville patrons....As much as Smitty's is a staple of good times and good food in Kernersville, it has always been the staff that has made the place so much more. As all regulars know the atmosphere became a little less bright on October 23, 2018; when we lost one of Smitty's brightest lights, with the passing of Darla Evans. Darla never missed a shave event and worked every one. Her physical presence will be missed this year, but her spirit will be felt by all.
