In honor of my dear friend Kelley, Joe and I are joining the fight against childhood cancers. Kelley is a 20+ year survivor of ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) and is now returning the favor to all those medical professionals who helped her fight against ALL by becoming an incredible ER doctor at Children's Hospital in Denver. Obviously, our family has a very close connection with Children's Hospital with our little girl Emersyn and the miracles they perform each and every day. St. Baldrick's raises funds to fight childhood cancers by funding research in pediatric oncology and provides substantial grants to the oncology team at Children's.
With head-shaving and other fundraising events, this volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
