I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Ohana Fitness

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Ohana Fitness

On Saturday, April 1, I will have my head shaved for the 5th time to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer. This year will be extra special because this is the first time that I will have my head shaved as the father of a cancer survivor.

St. Baldrick's Foundation is the largest private (non-government) funder of childhood cancer research grants. By funding cooperative research through the Children’s Oncology Group, St. Baldrick's gives kids nationwide access to the very latest in research and clinical trials. Also, St. Baldrick's funded my fellowship research and allowed me to start my career as a cancer researcher.

Childhood cancer research continues to be extremely underfunded. Only 4% of the National Cancer Institute's budget is spent on pediatric cancers.

Your gift to St. Baldrick's will give hope to infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
