I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Oliver's Army

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Oliver's Army

Back in February 2011, an ER doctor told us our child, not even two years old a the time, had cancer. Other families hear these same horrific words every two minutes. With Oliver's diagnosis, our lives were changed forever and we were thrust into the cancer world, gaining a first-hand education on the #1 disease killer of children. We stayed by our son's side as he had 10 rounds of chemotherapy and many surgeries -- all before the age of 3. Now 10 years post-treatment, Oliver is considered cured and has joined the ranks of "survivors." But many children do not survive their cancer or they survive, they have significant health issues from chemo/radiation and surgery. So on April 2nd, I am shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research aimed at finding cures and developing less harmful treatments. Can you make a donation, in honor or in memory of a child? Every $ makes a difference. Thank you! xo
