I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
JHL Constructors
Thank You for taking the time to visit my page! I am proud to say this is my forth time participating in this amazing fund raiser as a shavee. This is our first effort at hosting our own event and we are very honored and excited. If you haven't taken the time to peruse the St. Baldrick's site or know the history let me briefly tell you why I think so highly of their work. This was a grass roots movement that has grown into a very successful global organization that maintains the highest levels of actual contributions allocated to cause. By utilizing a vast network of dedicated volunteers they keep their overhead to a bare minimum thus assuring that the money you donate is used for cancer research and to help kids that are unfortunately battling this horrible disease. As you may know, this year is especially heartfelt at JHL as we lost our founder John Hachmeister in October to Cancer. Whether you have personal experience or not cancer is certainly not something that anyone wants to deal with much less have to nurture a child that is fighting its effects. Please join JHL and myself in raising money to help in the efforts to comfort those effected and hopefully in the near future find the cure and preventative treatments that we so desperately need. Any donation is helpful. As an added bonus - my son Garrett (2 years old) will be getting his first haircut near the end of the event. Thank You All for helping an important cause!
P.S. Any individual or company that donates $500+ on my page or team page will be recognized (if desired) on our webpage and on the banner at the event. We will contact you for logos if applicable.
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
