I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Mar 31, 2018 • 6:00 pm

Event: Domecoming 2018

At: The Dome Arena

The Dome Arena, , 2695 East Henrietta Road, Henrietta, NY US

I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Will be helping the Roc City Roller Derby as they have their head shaving at the bout this year. Consider coming out to the bout and watch some awesome derby action along with supporting childhood cancer research.

If it were your child; if it was your family, you sister, brother, cousin, or someone, say anyone you love so dearly, what would you do?

Would you fight back?  Would you give in? Would you ask for help? And if you asked for help, what would you think of those who ignored your cries?

How many lives must cancer take?  How many children will be called away from us before we decide the treatment needs to be changed?

We need to improve.  We need to do something.  We need more research. We need to raise awareness. We need to create a better system; one in which the money raised actually goes to fund research and help the families who have been struck by such a terrible disease.

I invite you to check the statistics.  I invite you to learn about the treatments. I invite you to inform yourself.  I invite you to make a change and help give a child the chance to survive cancer

But more . . I invite you to help KICK CANCER'S ASS TOGETHER!
