I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Rocky Mountain Thunder Swimming

My fundraising is in honor of Glenn Sipes, age 24, who passed away after a battle with Melanoma on February 27, 2016.  Yes, less than two weeks ago as of this posting. I didn't have the chance to meet Glenn.  From what I see and read, it would have been a privilege.  He was a K-State student and his passion was process improvement in healthcare.  He was a Resident Assistant in his residence hall and was destined for greatness.

The reason I know about Glenn is because of my friendship with his father, Jerry, for the last fourteen years.  Jerry Sipes is the VP of Engineering at Price Industries and many of you in my industry have had a chance to hear Jerry speak and get the best of advice from him.

I am going to Join Rocky Mountain Thunder in their fundraiser to help fight against childhood cancer.  I have two goals:

Goal 1: My head gets shaved at $1000

Goal 2: My ultimate fundraising goal for this year is $2500

So start off your week right with a donation to help me fight against childhood cancer!
