I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Summit

This is my 8th year in a row participating in a St. Baldricks event. One of the main reasons that I participate in these events is because of the personal relevance. I have many family members who have suffered from cancer, both past and present. Almost all of the names of the children I am honoring share the first names with family members I have lost. Though I looked for everyone I knew I couldn't find everyone, like my grandmother Angela Aloia. This event means so much to me and I am proud to have been doing it for so long, and especially this year now doing it with a whole team from my school. --Jake
