I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: DefyCancer

For the third year in a row I'm shaving my head for the fight against childhood cancer.  I've always hated the thought of kids developing cancer and while cancer has affected most people's lives I think that it hits us all in the heart a little differently when it's a child.  This fall I discovered that I have basal cell carcinoma.  This is a minor skin cancer and something I'll have to watch out for for the rest of my life but waiting to hear back from the doctor for the results gave me a taste of what the families of those kids and they go through.  It makes me want to redouble my efforts and while I can't help anyone individually maybe donations to St. Baldricks can support those families and the necessary research to put and end to these terrible diseases.   Please help us in this fight.
