I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Westhaven Warriors

I am a cancer survivor of 11 years. I am currently going through treatment and have had to change my chemotherapy. One of the side effects to this medication is hair lose. In order to create a positive experience for my family, I am going to donate my hair before it falls out. With guidance of my husband, Chad, and Billi Hurley, my twin toddlers will be the ones to do the honors. By shaving my head I hope to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
