I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

The results are in and it is official. My Family & Friends are FREAKING AMAZING!! Started with what I thought was a pretty good goal of $500. Upped it to $750 once you blew past it.  As I sit here with no hair YOU ALL RAISED $930!! Fantastic & THANK YOU! You all truly do define the word Awesome! Great Big Thank You to Back East Bar & Grill for once again doing a Fabulous Job with the event, as well as to the other 80 Fellow Head Shavees! That’s right, 81 folks shaved their heads yesterday for a Great Cause. Kudos to All! One last comment if I may. If you want to see an up close and personal reason why you should feel great today for having donated please check out the pictures of Cheyenne on Back East’s web site. (You can also check out her own page @ Prayers and Happy Thoughts for Cheyenne) The smiles on her and her family’s faces yesterday truly do say a thousand words. And I dare you to look at the picture of her holding her 4 year old friend’s hand from Alaska, Isabella, during her head shave and not tear up! Once again, Thank You to all who donated, those that shared my page and those that supported with words of encouragement.  Cancer Sucks! Kids with Cancer Totally Sucks! Together We Can and WE DID make a difference!!
