I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Essex Shillelaghs

HELLO FRIENDS To raise money to help pay for the fight against pediatric cancer I am going to learn if the hole my Dad said was in my head is really there. On Saturday September 13th at the SHILLELAGH CLUB (648 Prospect Street West Orange) many of us will shave our ugly Irish craniums to raise money in the push against a disease no one deserves and all children should be spared. The day starts at 3, will go to 8ish, and on behalf of kids everywhere it's a pleasure we shouldn't pass up. Of course, there will be diversions of food and drink, games of chance and skill, and (best of all) the thought and faces of a child, a family, a Mom or Dad who want to say thanks for helping to give them hope lack of money won't stand between any child and the cure. You'll be pleased to know St Baldrick's has paid for more childhood cancer research than any other private organization. Of course the chance to see us scalped should be reward enough but please keep in mind the object is to contribute to the St Baldricks Foundation. It's web site gives all the details you need to make a contribution. www.stbaldricks.org ; Please come see for yourself if my Dad was correct about me being so nuts I must have a hole in my head.
