After having a long and paranoid conversation with my family, we decided that we are going to participate in the St. Baldrick’s Foundation charity event, which funds children with cancer. Me, my son & husband will be shaving our heads! Please understand that this wasn't easy for us to commit to. We all love our hair! In fact, the only thing we love more than our hair is children. If you know anything about my family and I, we do whatever it takes to help children, charities and family. That being said, I need your help. Our goal is to raise $500 to donate. Even if we do not hit it, every dollar counts. It’s not the amount you can donate; it’s about getting a lot of people to donate. It doesn't have to be $20; it can be $1, $5, or $10. Any amount will help us reach (or even surpass!) our goal. We will be recording it and sharing the video for all of you to see. If you are local, feel free to come down and watch us shave our heads in person! Please feel free to share the link if you know anyone who would like to donate to this great cause! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
Thank you!
