I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Firefighters

BEAT CANCER Team Firefighter’s I have a favor to ask of YOU, This Sunday March 17th 2013 @ 1PM the St. Baldricks Foundation is holding a fundraising event to help raise money for the research and treatment of babies, children, teens, and young adults with cancer. Show your support for this great cause and donate today. We have taken the dare to have our heads shaven. Our team name is "The Firefighters" We have already raised over 300 dollars in only a day between us, our goal will end when the event ends, but donations should never end. Help our team BEAT CANCER! Let’s show them that Jacksonville and Onslow County Fire Departments care. The email came to us on Friday March 15 and we have answered the call to be heroes! We've teamed up to have our heads shaved – to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. Please support us with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
