I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The IMT Group

As many of you know, last year I participated in a fundraiser for St. Baldrick’s by shaving my head. On March 1, 2011 I will be shaving my head once again in hopes to get one step closer in finding a cure for children’s cancer. This foundation is volunteer funded and helps provide and lead children’s cancer cure research as well as provide survivors long and healthy lives. I have always taken my health for granted; when I was young I was able to participate in all the athletic and extracurricular events that I could make time for. I never had to worry about illness or other health issues that so many of our youth encounter today. I feel that participating in St. Baldrick’s is a way for me to give back and give others the support they need. I want other children to have the same opportunities as I had. Childhood is the best time of your life. Cancer is fought daily by many people around the world. It Is the number one killer of children in U.S. and Canada. By joining me and donating to St. Baldrick’s we can help with research and hopefully someday find a cure for children’s cancer. Thank you for your support. It is greatly appreciated.
