I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Hike for Hope remains an event to increase awareness of childhood cancer and raise funds for research. The event is supported by three organizations: Leukemia Lymphoma Society, St. Baldrick's Foundation, and Make A Wish, whose separate missions overlap on the issue of childhood cancer, the number one disease killer of our kids.
I and others who wish to join me will hike the entire Appalachian Trail in thirds over the course of three years. The physical obstacles we encounter will symbolize the pain these kids endure with smiles, while the donations of time and resources by volunteers and donors will recall the sacrifices made by families and medical providers every day on behalf of these kids.
Please join me!
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
