Family and Friends,

This year marks year 18 of our Bill & Joey's Excellent Shaving Event supporting St. Baldrick's in NYC!

Some people will shave their heads in solidarity with children who are fighting cancer. Others, like me, will volunteer their time and help the events success. Over 18 years, our event has raised $3,303,670. We've had 767 people shave their heads, numerous people, like Charli, have donated their hair. It takes everyone to help fight this disease... and it takes money. If you'd like to donate, any amount is appreciated.

If you'd like to know how much it costs to help a child, here's a breakdown:

$100 supports general lab supplies for a research project

$500 provides chemicals for molecular biology experiments $1,000 gives an essential guidebook to 55 families of kids fighting cancer

$1,250 helps support one child’s enrollment in a clinical trial $1,500 covers the costs of researchers sharing scientific information

$5,000 helps support 4 months of lab technician for a research project

$10,000 helps treat a child on a clinical trial, often the best hope for a cure

$25,000 covers 3 months of research for a pediatric oncologist in training

Nobody fights alone!
