I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Volleywood

Imagine being a parent of a child with such a serious illness.  We take our health for granted.  Be thankful for the health of you and your family and think about other families who are dealing with this type of situation.  Imagine a time when it can be cured or maybe even completely prevented. 


As some of you know my nephew Emilio Munoz (on my wife Yvette's side of the family) died about 3 years ago from an aggressive cancer called Rhabdomyosarcoma. He was a year from graduating from NC State University with a Computer Science degree--an excellent student and more importantly a smart, kind and wonderful young man. So it really hits home over here.


What could possibly be more important than saving the life of a child? At our event, some folks will shave their heads – and others like me will keep the hair we have and put our hearts into supporting childhood cancer research. 


 Please support the cause with a donation, no matter how small. A few dollars per person adds up!  Thank you so much.
