I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Hi, my name is Emily Briski.
I am raising money for childhood cancer because when I was younger my sister Alexis died of childhood cancer called Osteosarcoma, a bone cancer. She was only 11 years old and a sixth grader at Fisher Middle School.
Because of my sister Alexis, I want to raise money for childhood cancer to help families and children that are going through the same thing that Alexis did.
As you can see from my picture on this webpage I have long curly hair. I am going to donate my hair when I get it shaved off, and even though I am a girl I am fine with that because it’s more important to help out people suffering from this disease.
Please join me. Any donation is fine or anything you can do to raise awareness.
Thank you so much!
Emily
