I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Moriartys of Newtown

13 is a lucky number in our house, so Brendan and I are excited to support St. Baldrick's for the 13th year.

If you're new to our effort, we do this to honor two children. Brendan's Aunt Meg died at a terribly young age, before Regina could meet her, let alone me or Brendan. But Meg left an indelible mark on her family and she's part of our lives. So we have raised every dollar in honor of her. A few years in, I learned that friends of mine from home had a son with cancer, and we added Oliver to our effort.

You'll notice our ambitious goal this year, includes an odd number. If we achieve that number, we'll reach $50,000 raised since we started. We may not get there, but it felt right to aim high. Thanks in advance for supporting us if you're able, and sharing our effort if you'd be so kind.
