Celebrating 25 Years

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. As a new parent, I now understand firsthand what a wonderful blessing it is to have a baby. I can't imagine having to face cancer with my little one. But many children and parents have to fight the c-word every day.

One of our fundraising initiatives is #coffee4cure. What exactly is Coffee 4 Cure? Simple, trade something small - like the money you'd spend on your daily coffee - to help cure cancer.

Instead of indulging in your $5 latte tomorrow morning, you could put that $5 toward research for childhood cancer. With the power of goodwill and kindness, you could be part of the cure! Consider one small extravagance you could do without this week, and donate the money instead.

What can you give up? How about aa...

$1 newspaper

$3 magazine

$5 coffee

$10 movie ticket

$20 lunch out

$50 carton of cigarettes

$75 massage

It doesn’t take much to help make a difference. You have the power to make a simple decision today that could impact millions.

John and I are honored to be playing volleyball and raising money for such an important cause as childhood cancer research. Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
