I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Worldwide, more than 160,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year. The St. Baldrick's Foundation partners with organizations around the world to fund childhood cancer research. We must all do everything we can to give kids a better chance for a cure, and I hope you'll support my volunteer efforts. I want children who are battling cancer to not give up, to be strong and keep fighting. They will always be beautiful no matter what. I’ve never had any person close to me die of cancer; but I have seen friends devastated because they do know what it is to have a family member or a close friend die from this disease. This process is not only hard for the individuals, but also for the family members and those around who surround them.
