I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

As fall approaches, it is always important to remind yourself of the things you are thankful for in life. I am thankful that ONLY 1 out of 285 children are diagnosed with some form of cancer before the age of 20. This year I am thankful for the fact that 4 kids out of every 5 with cancer will survive. I am thankful that you read those two chilling but real facts about childhood cancer. I am thankful that there is an organization dedicated to eradicating childhood cancer! The St. Baldrick's Foundation is the largest private funder of childhood cancer research grants worldwide. St. Baldrick’s funds the best childhood cancer research, wherever it takes place. So that is why, I am pledging my time, money, and hair to kick childhood cancer to the curb this Thanksgiving. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. It's time to be more than thankful. Let's do this!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
