"Do I dare disturb the universe?"

Hi! March of 2017 will mark my fifth year shaving and raising money for childhood cancer research. Only 4% of federal funding goes to childhood cancer, while an estimated 15,780 children were diagnosed in 2014 with cancer in the US alone. Children and teens like me deserve more than 4%.  This year I'm shaving my head in honor of my friend Adrian, who passed away in the summer of 2014 at the age of 12. I shave my head for him knowing that he will never be able to experience all the things I can experience as a 17 year old, and that isn't fair to him and everyone else who has passed away before they could fully experience their childhood.

Please help fund the research that helps to find treatments and cures for childhood cancers.
