I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

3 months left! With the Boise fundraiser behind me, I am moving full speed ahead to reach my goal of $7000. I WILL NOT stop, till there is a cure! Just as my 2011 year began, free, of chemo, every weekday there are 46 kids newly diagnosed. When the time comes (and it will) that there is a chance for EVERY child, I will feel at ease. However, when NO child dies as a result of their treatment or lack there of, I will celebrate! I am so excited to participate with such an amazing group of mothers! You heard it right - I'm shaving my head in solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment, while raising critical funds for childhood cancer research!

In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. Please make a donation on my behalf to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure.
