I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Being in finance it is all about dollars and cents, 79.5 cents of every dollar is put directly in research. 17.7 cents goes in to fundraising(website, phones, postage, printing, t-shirts, office space, etc.), and 2.8 cents (accounting, distributing and monitoring grants, etc.)

In the time that it took you to read this . . .another child has been diagnosed with cancer (every 3 minutes). I am so blessed that by God's grace my daughter, Trinity, has not been diagnosed. Childhood cancers are different from adult cancers and are extremely underfunded.

Thank you in advance for supporting me and this very worthy cause!!!

 ~ Melissa

P.S. Please note St. Baldrick's funds will not be used for human embryonic stem cell research.
