Celebrating 25 Years

Be a hero for kids with cancer! We are going to have a theme this year: Superheroes, because lets face it the kids battling cancer, their families, and everyone involved with the St. Baldrick's Event are superheroes. So feel free to wear a superhero costume or shirt. A big thank you to Ed for once again generously donating a hall at Classic Lanes Oak Creek to us for our event. Last year was our inaugural year and the original goal was $5,000 and we ended up raising just under $9,600. Doors will open at noon for everyone to come together for this amazing cause. You can meet one of our honored kids, Dawson, and his family. Also, we will be hosting a raffle (all proceeds will go to St. Baldrick's) and head shaving will start at 1:00 and end around 3:00. Food and beverages will be available for purchase through Classic Lanes, also open bowling should be available at that time for purchase as well. Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
