PAMS St. Baldrick's Carnival to help Conquer Kids’ Cancer!

We are BACK IN PERSON!! WOOHOO!!!

For those of you that haven't heard about a St. Baldrick's Foundation event before, welcome! To those that are veterans...WELCOME BACK!!!
St. Baldrick's Foundation is the leading organization that raises funds for childhood cancer research. Children, teens and even infants are diagnosed with cancer every day, but donations are drastically down for research to find cures. We can change that – and save lives!

We want you and your students to join us! Our St. Baldrick’s Foundation event, the PAMS St. Baldrick’s Carnival, is a special one. PAMS students take part in planning, spreading the word, volunteering, participating and attending event day. On Friday, March 31st afterschool, the gym will become a sight to see! Students & families are invited to come enjoy the DJ, play carnival games, do activities & crafts with NJHS & SCA volunteers, buy food and on center stage watch our SHAVEES!! Our “shavees” are a special part as they have asked for pledge support and donations to St. Baldrick’s while they Brave The Shave (or cut their hair to donate) event day to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer!!

For PAMS students - Permission slips for admission bracelets to the PAMS St. Baldrick’s Carnival on Friday, March 31st from 4:30-6pm with activity buses to follow, will be available to students for $5 – sold at lunches the week before the event. All event proceeds from admission, SCA spirit week and online donations will go to St. Baldrick's Foundation.

Why does PAMS choose to support St. Baldrick’s Foundation? Part of PAMS PTSA is supporting our community and creating active members within our student population. St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a non-profit that supports children, specifically children fighting cancer & its effects. This special event has kids raising money to help kids.

PAMS has a history with St. Baldrick’s as PAMS has hosted events in honor of past PAMS student Abby Furco, in 2018. 2019 & 2020 raising over $59,000 for lifesaving childhood cancer research with NJHS, SCA and other PAMS students & staff taking part! This year’s event is in honor of all those currently fighting childhood cancer and its effects, including some of our own current students & families, and in memory of Abby. PAMS PTSA wanted to bring this event back and make it bigger than ever!!!

Childhood cancer statistics are shocking – more children are lost to cancer in the U.S. than any other disease. See more at About Childhood Cancer and how St. Baldrick’s helps create more survivors & hope to lead to cures!

Thank you and together with St. Baldrick’s Foundation we will continue to Conquer Kids’ Cancer and help give these fighters long lives to come!

Our event will speed the search for cures, supporting the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants. Research is hope, and you can give kids that hope.

We look forward to seeing you event day. Can’t join us? Please make a generous donation to give kids the long, healthy lives they deserve.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
