St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

Lowcountry Bald

This is our sixth year in the Charleston area raising money to conquer childhood cancer. Join us to #rockthebald, have some fun cheering on brave shavees, and be a hero for kids with cancer!

Choose from two different events dates or join us for all of them:

o March 19, 2-6pm at the Estuary Beans & Barley with live music by New Ghost Town (organized by Team Freddie and the firefighters of the St. John's Fire District)

o March 20, 1-5pm finale at Jeff's Barbering in Mount Pleasant with live music by Rene Russell and the Bottom End

During the pandemic, kids were still being diagnosed with cancer, but donations to support research have been down drastically. We can change that – and save lives! We can help the biggest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants do more to speed up the search for cures.

Whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer to raise money another way, or make a donation, please join us to give kids with cancer the long, healthy lives they deserve.
