Long Island St. Baldrick's Event and Celebration

Children and babies all over the world are fighting with everything they have against childhood cancer; children right here on Long Island. Now you can fight right alongside them! This is your chance to make a difference and be the one to fund the cure for childhood cancer. I'm sure you have somehow been affected by cancer and know the harsh impact it has on families. Kids are the last people who should be affected by such a terrible illness but as we all know, sometimes they are the ones who are personally affected and suffer most. Every 2 minutes, a child gets diagnosed with cancer. Every kid deserves to grow up and every parent deserves to see their kid grow up. This sadly isn't always the case, and this event aims to help change that. Please consider shaving your head to raise money AND awareness, donate to our fundraiser or at the very least come out and celebrate with us on September 10th. What are we celebrating? Every single little warrior who is fighting for their lives. Everyday. With a smile on their face and hope in their heart. We're celebrating the children who are the superheroes in their own story. Who are defying the odds and inspiring us all. Come out to support and show these kids that they are worth celebrating! And let's kick cancers butt!!!

Children, teens and even infants are diagnosed with cancer every day, but donations are drastically down for research to find cures. We can change that – and save lives!

Our event will speed the search for cures, supporting the largest charity funder of childhood cancer research grants. Research is hope, and you can give kids that hope.
