Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

National Partner

Team NYSEG Remembering Michael Motorcycle

TEAM NYSEG - Remembering Michael Motorcycle are shaving our heads to raise money for childhood cancer research ~ and to honor and remember Mikey McBride. Mikey died June 13, 2011 at the age of 6 years old from a Wilms tumor. We don't want any other parents to hear the words "I'm sorry, there is nothing more we can do for your son". This is the 3rd year for Team NYSEG "Remembering Michael Motorcycle" and we are so thankful to our amazing supporters, those who have joined our team to honor and remember Mikey, and those who have donated to bring and end to Childhood Cancer.....there is no greater loss than that of a child...

We are shaving our heads to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

It's all about the kids. Let's fund childhood cancer research to help kids grow up cancer-free. Get involved or make a donation today, and click a photo below to see why we need cures now.
