To all our friends: Patti, Emalie, and I have been doing the St. Baldrick's Foundation Shave-a-thon for the past three years now and we will be taking it to a new level this year. James is a new and welcome addition to our team this year to help us reach our goal, he has also gained corporate sponsorship from BAE systems and they will be matching his total donations. Last year Patti raised over $600 for the cause! In the past, Em and I have gone down to support her and pay the fee to shave our heads, enjoy some libations, and get a free T-shirt. This year we have formed a team and have a goal of raising $2000 for childhood cancer research and treatment. I hope to smash our goal with all of your help and support these children like never before on our part. So I ask you to reach into your hearts and pockets and help us in any way you can. Click the link to donate to our team and help out or join us in our journey this year and hopefully many years to come. If you would like to join us as a "Shavee," sign up and join the Cancer Crushers Team to start collecting for our wonderful cause. You can also join us at The Commons Bar on March 9th at noon to see us shave our heads and have a ton of fun, all for a great cause.
