Time to "Shave It Clean in 2013"! The 5th Annual San Diego St. Baldrick's Shave-A-Thon is being held at The Commons Bar and we need your help. Participants are shaving their heads in solidarity with children who have cancer and typically lose their hair during treatment, while raising critical funds for childhood cancer research. We would like to encourage as many of you as possible to join our team as a shavee by clicking on the "participate at this event" button. We also encourage you to create a team and ask friends and co-workers to join you in bravely going bald! Once signed up, you will be provided a link, which you can share with your supporters to make donations on your behalf. In the US, more children die of childhood cancer than any other disease. If you can’t join in the head shaving fun please make a donation to support childhood cancer research so that all children diagnosed with cancer will have a better chance for a cure.
