This is my personal team dedicated to my daughter Audrey, who was diagnosed with Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) in January of 2009. She had her 11th birthday in the hospital while undergoing chemotherapy. She is now 14, completed her last treatment in April of 2011 and is now cancer free!
We know firsthand how wonderful the doctors and nurses are at Albany Medical. The St. Baldrick's foundation directly supports their research to seek a cure for kids cancer.
We have some heavy hitters on this team, so watch out...we hope other people and teams become inspired and join this fun and truly rewarding event!
