Cancer is the number one disease killer of children in the U.S. and Canada. Research saves lives. We will make a difference participating in St Baldrick's Foundation event to raise money for children's cancer research!
This is the fifth year that the Dad and Lad team will be participating in a St. Baldrick's event. Jack will be shaving for his 5th time with his Dad!! Jack and I welcome back Nick for his third St. Baldrick's cut! We welcome anyone looking to join our team for their first St. Baldrick's cut! We hope to have all our previous team members and supporters back again this year to help us raise money to continue the fight against childhood cancers. We always have a fun night at the event.
Our team honors Devyn M Doughty, who was lost to cancer just before her 10th birthday. Devyn is the daughter of a good friend. It has been 9 years since Devyn went to the Lord. She would have been 19 years old now this year! Her family and friends miss her dearly every day! I would think she smiles a lot at these events! She might also shed a few tears knowing that some will join her if more cures are not discovered.
Please join us in the fight against childhood cancer! We hope to see you there!
Thank you for your support!!
